Terms of Service

The service

FullyOptimized.ai (the "Service") is an AI-powered website builder for service businesses. We generate websites, host them, route lead-form submissions to you, and bill you monthly via Stripe.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password and login secure.
• You must be 18+ to use the Service.
• One person/business per account; don't share logins.
• If your account is compromised, email hello@fullyoptimized.ai immediately.

Your content

You own the business details you provide and the leads that come into your inbox. We have a license to host, display, and process them solely to provide the Service. We don't claim ownership of your content.

What you can't do

• Use the Service for illegal businesses or content (fraud, hate, harassment, anything against US/Canadian law).
• Resell sites generated by FullyOptimized as a white-label service without explicit written agreement.
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or attack third parties.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Generate more than 5 sites per account without contacting us first.

Billing

• Free tier requires no payment. Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe.
• We bill in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion if your card is in another currency.
• You can cancel anytime from /billing/ — your site stays live until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, no questions, no contact required. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period, then goes offline. Data is retained 30 days post-cancellation in case you return; after that, it's deleted permanently.

Service availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but don't guarantee it. We won't be liable for downtime, lost leads during outages, or third-party issues (Stripe, Anthropic, Render). If a major outage affects you, email us — we'll work it out.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months. This doesn't limit any rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after that = acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
