Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: email, name (optional), bcrypt-hashed password.
- Site data: the business details you provide (name, category, city, phone) and the site content we generate from them.
- Lead inbox data: contact-form submissions sent to your generated sites — these belong to you, we just route + display them.
- Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Usage telemetry: page visits, button clicks, and (with your consent) session recordings via PostHog. Used to improve the product.
- Server logs: IP addresses, request paths, error traces — kept for 30 days for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To provide the service (generate sites, send emails, route leads).
- To bill you accurately via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, lead notifications).
- To analyze how the product is used and improve it (no ads, no profile-selling).
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
- We don't share your lead inbox data with anyone else.
- We don't email you marketing messages without an explicit opt-in.
Third parties we use
Cookies
We use cookies for: keeping you logged in (session), remembering your preferences (CSRF token), and analytics (PostHog). You can disable analytics tracking with the cookie banner on your first visit.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@fullyoptimized.ai. We respond within 7 days.
Data retention
Active account data is kept while your account is active. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it permanently. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
