The short version
Email hello@fullyoptimized.ai within 14 days of paying. We refund you the full amount, no questions asked.
The longer version
14-day refund window
For your first paid month on any tier, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the charge. Just email us — no form, no phone tree, no "let me transfer you to retention."
What's NOT refundable
- Months billed after the first 14-day window — for those, just cancel and you won't be billed again.
- One-time setup or migration fees on Custom-tier plans (these cover staff time we've already spent).
- Domain registrations or third-party fees (those flow through to the registrar — Stripe handles those refunds).
How to request a refund
- Email hello@fullyoptimized.ai from the email address on your account.
- Mention you'd like a refund — that's it.
- We process the refund within 3 business days. The money lands back on your card in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
Disputes
If we can't resolve a refund issue together via email, you can file a Stripe dispute or contact your card issuer. We won't fight a legitimate chargeback within the 14-day window — we'd rather lose the customer cleanly than waste anyone's time.
Cancellation vs. refund
- Cancel = your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Site stays live until then. No refund.
- Refund = you get the money back AND your site is taken offline immediately (data retained 30 days).
Why this is so generous
We'd rather have happy ex-customers than unhappy current ones. If FullyOptimized doesn't work for you, the right outcome is for you to leave with your money back and a good story to tell.
