The longer version

14-day refund window

For your first paid month on any tier, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the charge. Just email us — no form, no phone tree, no "let me transfer you to retention."

What's NOT refundable

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@fullyoptimized.ai from the email address on your account.
  2. Mention you'd like a refund — that's it.
  3. We process the refund within 3 business days. The money lands back on your card in 5–10 days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If we can't resolve a refund issue together via email, you can file a Stripe dispute or contact your card issuer. We won't fight a legitimate chargeback within the 14-day window — we'd rather lose the customer cleanly than waste anyone's time.
