Privacy policy

This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers of its own. The only form is the optional email signup.

What our host sees

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver pages and block abuse. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that data.

When you click a product link

Affiliate links take you to a retailer such as Amazon. That retailer may set cookies to record that you came from FullyOptimized so it can credit a commission. What the retailer collects is covered by its privacy policy, not this one.

Site analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is present on this site. It reports aggregate page views, visits and page-load performance so we can understand which guides people read and improve the site. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individual users across its customers' sites. See Cloudflare's analytics overview and data collection documentation. Email signup records are separate from these analytics.

Email signup

If you sign up, we store your email address, the time you signed up, the page you signed up from, the consent wording you agreed to, and your country as reported by our host. It is stored with Cloudflare, our host. Before we send anything, we will email you once to confirm. Every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to [email protected]. We do not sell or share your email.

Emailing us

If you email us, we keep your message only to reply and to fix whatever you reported.
