How long does it actually take to launch?
The site itself: ~30 seconds (AI generation). Going live on a fullyoptimized.ai subdomain: instant after you click Publish. Connecting your own domain: 5–10 minutes once DNS propagates.
Can I use my own domain (yourbiz.com)?
Yes — on the Starter plan ($9) and above. We give you the DNS records to add at your registrar (NameSilo, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, whoever). Auto-verifies in ~5 minutes once DNS propagates.

How do I edit my site content?
Click the "✎ Edit text" toggle on the preview chrome → click any text on your site → type → click away. Saves automatically. For bigger changes (new services, full re-design), click "⟳ Regenerate" in the preview chrome.
Where do I see leads from my contact form?
Every visitor who fills out your contact form lands in your
Lead Inbox on the dashboard. You can mark them as new / contacted / quoted / won / lost and add notes. Email notifications coming soon.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of the billing period. After that, your site goes offline (but we keep the data for 30 days in case you come back). Cancel anytime from
Billing.
Can I get a refund?
Do you support Canadian businesses?
Yes — based in Canada, built for North American service businesses. We bill in USD. Stripe handles the conversion automatically.
Will the AI write my content?
Yes — AI generates your tagline, services, about copy, testimonials in your industry's voice. You can edit any of it inline. Pick a "personality" (professional / friendly / bold / trustworthy / etc.) on signup to shape the tone.
How is this different from Wix / Squarespace / Durable?
We don't try to be a Wix replacement. We build sites for one specific audience: service businesses (plumbers, electricians, mechanics, dentists, contractors). The design, copy, and lead-routing are all tuned for that. Cheaper than Wix/Squarespace, more honest pricing than Durable.
